Responsibilities
In the role of Pest Control Technician, you will join a dedicated team providing premier wildlife management services. You will be regarded as a community hero, safeguarding people, property, and wildlife. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Inspecting properties for wildlife damage, including roofs, attics, and crawl spaces
- Safely removing nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties
- Performing exclusion work to prevent wildlife from re-entering homes and businesses
- Installing and servicing bait stations and exclusion devices
- Operating and maintaining service vehicles and equipment
- Identifying and addressing any safety-related concerns with a proactive, safety-first mindset

Work Environment
Our technicians work wherever wildlife is found. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following duties:
- Safely using a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops, with the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Working in various weather conditions
Requirements for Success
- No prior experience is required; however, customer service, general labor, or construction experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A valid driver’s license is necessary
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route-based assignments, and engage positively with customers
