Job description:

Bring your culinary expertise to our team as a Cook, where you will enchant our guests with your commitment to quality in presentation, preparation, and cooking. Cooks have the opportunity to work on either the hot or cold line, preparing an array of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items for the Dining Room/Lounge, as well as assisting with banquet meals for catered events. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with dishwasher duties as needed. The starting pay rate is between $13 and $15 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Candidates should possess prior kitchen experience and a strong desire to learn. Depending on the shift, proficiency in sautéing, frying, broiling, grilling, and properly cooking eggs may be necessary. Experience in batch cooking for large groups is a plus. Availability must include weekends and holidays.
