Travel General Laborer – Nights – $18
We are expanding our overnight construction team at SPAR and seeking dedicated full-time laborers who are hard-working and dependable. Candidates must be willing to travel for extended periods and work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. A willingness to learn and familiarity with tools is essential. The team will be engaged in projects within home improvement retail chains, focusing on the construction and handling of heavy steel and pallet racking.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage in physically demanding construction tasks
- Work overnight on remodeling large retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Transfer products from old to new pallet racking
- Construct and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Participate in considerable physical activity, with the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Capable of following instructions regarding product tagging, rotation, and placement
- Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights of 20 feet as necessary
- Proficient in repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools required)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with essential tools for the job
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Personal cell phone and valid email address required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Appropriate work footwear is required on the job site
