Front of House Roles:

  • Cashier – both walk-in and drive-thru service
  • Counter Server – including expo duties, curbside service, and guest assistance

Back of House Roles:

  • Pits – responsible for preparing and smoking meats

  • Prep – preparing sides and desserts from scratch
  • Dishwasher – managing dishwashing and utility tasks
