Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Successful completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
• A minimum of two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor in the accreditation or certification of facilities serving residents in long-term care.
• Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
• Proven track record of independent decision-making skills to effectively manage the survey process.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently and collaboratively during survey activities.
• Capable of openly discussing conflicts and seeking assistance as needed to make informed decisions and resolve issues.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
