The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of center operations, including entertainment, food and beverage sales, property management, and equipment maintenance. Essential Duties:

Generate & Monitor Center Revenue

  • Collaborate in developing financial operational plans and budgets, while monitoring performance to achieve financial goals, particularly in food and beverage sales. Actively review and manage labor costs and other expenses.

Be an Operational Pro

  • Engage in proactive floor management, overseeing the daily operations of your center and ensuring effective scheduling, planning, organization, and communication with your team.

Train Your Team

  • Lead and direct regular training initiatives for all staff, ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and adherence to company standards. Supervise direct reports, which may include Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers.

Review Center Performance

  • Efficiently manage multiple departments, conducting regular meetings with your management team to evaluate performance and provide direction. Review profit and loss statements weekly and monthly, adjusting action plans as necessary.

Rally the Troops

  • Maintain high team morale and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they emerge.

Make Guests Priority #1

  • Strive to achieve and maintain exceptional guest service standards, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved swiftly and that all guests leave satisfied.

Drive Food & Beverage Sales

  • Oversee the management and enhancement of your center’s Food and Beverage program, maintaining high quality standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and supervision to cultivate a thriving sales culture aligned with corporate initiatives.

Remain Flexible

  • Demonstrate the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as well as extended hours when necessary.

Who You Are
