Job description:

This part-time position involves sampling products for suppliers at a Sam’s Club location. Product Demonstrators play a vital role in introducing customers to new and exciting items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers to effectively communicate key product points.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during the preparation of samples (cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets for products.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ required for positions involving alcohol and production).
• Availability on weekends (Friday-Sunday) is preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet during work shifts.
• Ability to safely utilize appliances such as a microwave, toaster oven, and hot plate.
• Capacity to stand for the duration of the event.
