Caregivers may also work varying shifts, ranging from 1 to 24 hours, on weekends or during morning and evening hours.

We provide competitive compensation at $14 per hour, along with monthly scheduling that allows you to select the hours you wish to work. Our commitment to professional development includes quarterly training sessions and individualized training for those who may need a refresher, ensuring you are well-prepared for your role.

Additional requirements include:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• Excellent attendance record
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
• Two professional references
• Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Certification as a CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training is advantageous
• Valid car insurance
