Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Flexible Shifts | Appointment & Errand Assistance
Company: Help at Home
Location: Benton Harbor, MI
Pay: $16 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $17 for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) role in Benton Harbor, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, which typically range from $15 to $20 or more, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living and demand for DSPs in the area can also influence competitiveness. While this rate may be somewhat aligned with entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates seeking more competitive compensation, especially given the importantServices DSPs provide.
