Job Title: Youth Residential Specialist

Company: Entech Staffing Solutions

Location: Royal Oak, MI

Pay: $15 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $19 for a Youth Residential Specialist in Royal Oak, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles. Typically, positions in youth services often range from $16 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, the cost of living and competition for such roles may also influence salary expectations. While this pay range may attract entry-level candidates, it may not be sufficient to retain experienced professionals or to reflect the demands of this challenging role. Overall, the offered rate seems somewhat below competitive standards for the industry in that geographic area.
