Job Description
Job Title: Server/Wait staff
Company: Homestead
Location: Warren, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Server/Wait Staff role in Warren, MI, is slightly below the industry average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific establishment. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller establishments, it may not attract seasoned professionals or those working in higher-end restaurants. Additionally, it’s important to consider tips, which can significantly augment a server’s total earnings; however, with the rise in minimum wage and cost of living in Michigan, the base pay may place pressure on retaining staff in a competitive job market.
