We offer a diverse range of services, from basic companionship—which includes light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, and more—to more specialized personal care services, encompassing incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work various shifts tailored to their availability, including 1 to 24-hour assignments, weekends, nights, and mornings.

Compensation is set at $14 per hour, and caregivers receive monthly schedules, selecting only the shifts they wish to accept. We also provide quarterly and individualized training, ensuring that our team feels confident and prepared in their roles.

Additional requirements include:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• A strong attendance record
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
• Two professional references
• Ability to facilitate direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
• Successful completion of a background check
• Certification as a CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR training is advantageous
• Current car insurance
