Job Title: Server/Wait staff

Company: The Reserve at Red Run

Location: Warren, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Server/Wait Staff position in Warren, MI, is generally on the lower end of the industry standard, particularly considering the state’s minimum wage and the regional cost of living. As of 2023, many establishments in similar roles offer wages ranging from $15 to $20 per hour, especially with tips included. In areas with higher demand for service staff or where cost of living is higher, wages can exceed this range, making $15 less competitive. Therefore, while it meets basic minimum wage requirements, it may struggle to attract experienced candidates in a competitive job market.
