Our client, a national management firm specializing in large apartment complexes, is urgently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee River Front Towers in Detroit, Michigan.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager.
  • Proven experience overseeing a large community consisting of 350+ units.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a large team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Entrata or similar software is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and customer service skills, with a background in sales.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Positive, motivated demeanor with high energy and optimism.
  • High-rise and lease-up experience preferred.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Successful completion of background screening and drug test.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating Saturday schedule with appropriate adjustments to weekday hours.
