As a Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering an exceptional experience to every member and first-time guest. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead funnel by following up with interested prospects, booking their first class, and ensuring an outstanding first-time guest experience, while providing membership details based on Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving membership/pack sales alongside additional revenue opportunities.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and address any concerns with professionalism.
- Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all OTF systems and procedures, while maintaining an organized front desk and prioritizing tasks effectively throughout your shift.
- Greet members by name, accurately track class attendance, and create memorable experiences by celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and personal achievements.
- Stay informed about studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives.
- Demonstrate independence and take ownership of your contributions to the studio’s collective success.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred.
- One to three years of sales experience is favorable.
- Proficiency with technology, smartphones, and computers is essential.
- A growth mindset and a passion for helping others are crucial.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and address member inquiries effectively.
