Compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s skills and experience, with full-time associates eligible for annual bonus incentives and sales referral bonuses. While temporary associates are not eligible for benefits, they may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities:
This role involves leading the day-to-day operations of a larger community, overseeing 60-65 units across two product lines or 65-175 units with up to two product lines. Responsibilities include managing associate relations, engaging residents and their families, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will create and execute the business plan designed to position the community as a preferred senior living option, while also driving revenue growth and profitability in collaboration with the district team. Additionally, you will partner with sales to enhance sales outcomes and cultivate an inclusive community culture that prioritizes high-quality resident care and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all community operations, fostering open communication with staff, residents, and their families.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to enhance the community’s market position, while creating, analyzing, and executing annual operating and capital budgets to ensure high performance against company standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the management team, promoting collaboration and teamwork, and empowering department leaders to motivate staff.
- Supporting department leaders in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining qualified associates and ensuring they receive appropriate training.
- Maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction and retention through proactive problem resolution and regular engagement with residents and families.
- For assisted living or memory care communities, ensuring collaborative relationships with clinical leaders to provide tailored care, overseeing resident services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Demonstrating financial acumen by developing and managing budgets, as well as identifying revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities.
- Driving sales and marketing efforts in coordination with the community sales leader to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue objectives.
- Establishing positive relationships with local influencers and becoming active in community affairs to elevate the community’s profile.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- A minimum of three years of relevant operational leadership experience is required; additional years of experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.
Certifications, Licenses, and Special Requirements:
- Valid administrator license as required by state regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
Management/Decision Making:
