Starting pay: $225.25/hour with a daily per diem of $50.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Operate CDL equipment nationwide on local, state, and interstate highways.
• Conduct pre and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision after training.
• Interact occasionally with inspectors, engineers, and DOT personnel.
• Adhere to safety protocols by wearing necessary PPE.
• Assist with daily preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping practices for all equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B CDL with a satisfactory driving record.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills and equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safety practices associated with heavy equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds or more and work long shifts (8-14 hours).
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S., including overnight stays.
• Capacity to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
