Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Senior Living

Location: Troy, MI

Pay: $16 – 17.73 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $17.73 for a Clare Bridge Caregiver in Troy, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be below the average for similar positions in the area. Caregiver wages typically range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, the demand for caregivers is growing, which could push wages higher due to increased competition for talent. While this rate may attract entry-level applicants, experienced caregivers, particularly those with specialized training, may seek higher compensation, especially in a demographic region with a higher cost of living. Overall, while the offered pay is within a reasonable range, it may need to be adjusted for better alignment with industry standards and to enhance retention and recruitment efforts.
