Shift: Monday – Thursday (7:00 PM – 5:30 AM or until tasks are completed)

Overview of Warehouse Operations:
Warehouse Operations is integral to Cardinal Health’s success, responsible for executing a variety of manual and automated tasks essential for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes product receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping, all while meeting established team objectives to ensure timely order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Engage in cross-training across various warehouse functions and participate in projects as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
  • Acquire training and certification to operate material handling equipment relevant to job duties; equipment may include order pickers (cherry pickers), forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with technology, including computers or point-of-sale systems, is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
