Job description:

Triad Service Center seeks to employ a Service Dispatcher for its Grand Rapids location at 4550 40th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49512. We uphold a zero-tolerance drug policy for safety-sensitive positions, which requires candidates to undergo a pre-employment drug screening.

While prior experience is valued, it is not a prerequisite for this role, as we are committed to providing training for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn. All training will be compensated. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, during first shift hours, with weekly pay. The salary range for this role is $17 to $20 per hour.

Essential Functions:

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support to technicians.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and provide information for invoices.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in various situations.
  • Facilitate accurate and effective communication with technicians, customers, and the parts department.
