Key Responsibilities:

  • Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to Belle Tire’s rigorous quality and safety standards, including the cleaning of hubs and wheels to prevent corrosion.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating tire options, maintenance needs, and necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
