Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company:
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $17 for a caregiver position in Grand Rapids, MI, falls slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience and certification. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may not adequately reflect the training, responsibilities, and the increasing demand for caregivers, especially considering the growing aging population. Overall, this pay range may appeal to some, but it may also lead to challenges in attracting qualified and experienced professionals in light of rising living costs and competitive wages elsewhere.
