We are seeking a field-based, retail-focused, customer-centric leader who excels in team building and the development of direct reports. This full-time, salaried position involves managing a team of up to 25 individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, develop, and retain team members to ensure timely and successful event execution.
  • Build strong relationships with store-level team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution of events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in management or as a shift lead within the retail, restaurant, or food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving consistent results.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of a food safety manager certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.

Physical Demands:
