Job Title: Make-Ready Technician-Part Time

Company: Life Care Services

Location: Novi, MI

Pay: $18.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.50 for a “Make-Ready Technician-Part Time” position in Novi, MI, is somewhat competitive but leans toward the lower end of the spectrum. Generally, make-ready technicians in the region earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and the complexity of tasks involved. While $18.50 is within the range, it may not be attractive enough to attract top talent, especially considering the rising cost of living and competitive labor market in the area. Therefore, the role might benefit from a higher wage to more effectively compete for skilled workers.
