Job Title: Night Audit- TownePlace Suites by Marriott

Company: TownePlace Suites Iron Mountain

Location: Iron Mountain, MI

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for the Night Audit position at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Iron Mountain, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for hotel audit roles. According to industry standards, night auditors typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on experience and regional cost of living. Given that Iron Mountain has a lower cost of living compared to larger metropolitan areas, this rate may be somewhat competitive locally; however, it could still be considered less attractive for potential candidates, especially those with relevant experience. Overall, while this pay rate might meet basic needs, it may not effectively attract skilled candidates in a competitive job market.
