Job Title: Caregiver 2nd Shift

Company: Oakleigh of Macomb

Location: Macomb, MI

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Caregiver 2nd Shift” position in Macomb, MI, is on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. Typically, caregiver wages in Michigan range from approximately $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and the specific needs of clients. While $16.50 may be competitive for entry-level or less experienced caregivers, it may not attract more skilled professionals or experienced caregivers who often expect higher pay. Overall, this rate may need to be adjusted to ensure alignment with industry expectations and to attract qualified candidates.
