Job description:

Your responsibilities will involve traveling to the homes of your assigned clients, where you will provide personalized care based on their unique needs. Tasks may include light housekeeping, companionship, accompanying clients on outings, assisting with medical appointments, and supporting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, and transferring. Please note that skilled nursing tasks, including the administration of medications, injections, wound care, or therapy, are not part of this role.
