Job description:

We are seeking to fill a part-time Housekeeper position immediately.

Located at MyMichigan Towne Centre – 4599 Towne Center Road, Saginaw, MI 48604. Please note that only online applications will be accepted.

The schedule for this position is part-time; hours and days may vary, primarily during the second shift. More specifics will be provided during the interview process. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
  • Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
  • Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of waste properly.
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
  • Wipe down glass surfaces.
  • Make beds and change linens as needed.
  • Align furniture and amenities according to established layouts.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Resolve housekeeping issues, including spills and broken items.
  • Contribute to team efforts and maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
