Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Trainer
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Marion, OH
Pay: $14 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a Fitness Trainer in Marion, OH, falls below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and certification levels. While this rate may be somewhat competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may not adequately reflect the skills and qualifications required for a certified fitness trainer. In comparison to urban centers or larger markets where demand and pay tend to be higher, this rate appears less competitive. Therefore, for professionals with substantial experience or specialized certifications, this compensation may not align with industry standards, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining qualified trainers.
