A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager may include:

• Supervising daily operations to ensure compliance with KFC standards and policies.

Requirements:
What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk consistently throughout shifts, navigate compact spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment.
