Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Macomb, MI

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.50 for a Med Tech position in Macomb, MI, is below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, Med Techs generally earn close to the national average; thus, the offered rate may be less competitive, particularly in a market where skilled healthcare professionals are in demand. Additionally, factors such as cost of living, benefits, and the specific demands of the job should also be considered when evaluating the overall compensation package.
