Job Title: Server/Wait staff

Company: The Reserve at Red Run

Location: Madison Heights, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Server/Wait staff position in Madison Heights, MI, is somewhat competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. As of 2023, server wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, not including tips, which can significantly increase overall earnings in the hospitality sector. While $15 aligns with minimum wage standards, it may not attract experienced staff or meet expectations in a competitive market where higher wages are becoming more common. Overall, to remain competitive and appeal to quality candidates, increasing the hourly rate or providing additional benefits may be advisable.
