GardaWorld Security Services is currently seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This role emphasizes the ability to establish meaningful connections, showcasing your natural aptitude for engaging with others to instill reassurance and confidence.

As a Concierge Security Officer, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while working across various shifts in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and verify the identity of visitors, guiding them as needed
  • Manage access control effectively to ensure security
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams as necessary
  • Address inquiries in person and via phone, providing accurate information
  • Document incidents in reports and communicate any security concerns
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property at all times

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Successfully pass an extensive screening process
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
  • Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is advantageous
  • Possession of a state license if required
