Job Title: Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Kingsley Senior Living

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver/MedTech in Canton, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for caregiver roles in Michigan typically ranges from $12 to $18, depending on experience and specific duties, with MedTech positions on the higher end due to additional responsibilities and required certifications. While $15 may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced professionals or skilled workers in a market where demand for healthcare support roles is increasing. Therefore, this rate could hinder recruitment and retention of qualified personnel in the long term.
