Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide | Minimum 30-Hour HHA Training Certificate Required
Company: Haven Home Care
Location: Canton, OH
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, the hourly rate of $17 for a Home Health Aide in Canton, OH, is generally competitive but slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. Typically, Home Health Aides in Ohio earn between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may appeal to entry-level candidates or those in need of flexible work, it may not attract more experienced professionals, particularly considering the requirement for a minimum 30-hour HHA training certificate. Overall, while it aligns with the lower end of industry standards, the pay may need to be adjusted to ensure competitiveness in attracting skilled candidates.
