Role Summary
The Team Member is tasked with delivering a superior member experience by providing exceptional customer service to all Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, which include:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner, checking members in, processing new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Contributing to the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is essential.
  • A passion for fitness and health is highly valued.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude is crucial.
  • Punctuality and reliability are mandatory.
