Role Summary
The Team Member will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional member experience by providing outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, delivering an unparalleled level of customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones courteously, checking in members, facilitating new member sign-ups, and conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Implementing necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
    • Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive demeanor.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, capable of interacting positively and professionally with members and co-workers to exceed their expectations.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated diplomacy in all interactions, utilizing appropriate behavior and language.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
