As a key member of our hotel team, the Housekeeper plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, ensuring adherence to hotel standards. This includes daily cleaning tasks, deep cleaning activities, and preventive maintenance to create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

This position is perfect for individuals who take pride in creating immaculate and inviting spaces, including guest rooms, hallways, and public areas within the hotel. Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation in guest rooms and equipment. Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure a sparkling environment. Efficiently stock and organize housekeeping carts to ensure readiness. Replace bed linens and replenish room supplies as needed, and perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing air conditioning filters and touch-ups.
  • Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests with a courteous demeanor. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Safety and Compliance: Safeguard guest and hotel property. Respect sensitive areas and practice safe work habits to minimize the risk of injury.

Education & Experience

  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with both guests and team members.
