We are currently seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals for the role of Game Facilitator. This position requires active engagement, with minimal time spent seated, and involves tasks that demand your presence and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer check-ins, process payments, and manage reservations.
  • Brief new groups prior to the commencement of games.
  • Monitor customer engagement in the gaming area, providing explanations as needed.
  • Participate alongside customers in active games to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Uphold the quality of gaming rooms through cleaning, painting, and necessary maintenance.
