Department: Culinary
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time positions available, Non-Exempt
Reports To: Culinary Director
Pay Range: $16-$17 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Available Shifts: Full-time or Part-time shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards
  • Maintain dining room aesthetics and presentation excellence
  • Set tables and organize workstations appropriately; take orders, provide service, and address customer inquiries with grace and courtesy
  • Serve customers with proper etiquette while fostering a welcoming dining atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred prior experience in food service
  • Experience working with seniors is a plus
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check is required
