KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sanitation and Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment. Ensure lobbies, hallways, and restrooms are immaculate. Maintain housekeeping carts for optimal efficiency and organization. Conduct essential tasks such as replacing bed linens, restocking supplies, and performing deep cleaning activities, including changing air conditioning filters and repairing paint.

• Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.

• Safety and Compliance: Respect and safeguard guest and hotel property. Ensure sensitive areas are secure and practice safe work habits to mitigate the risk of injury.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
