Job Summary:
This position is integral to field operations beyond our core Escrow and Title Operations and encompasses leadership roles that support the strategy and execution of field-based operations. You will be responsible for the efficient management, profitability, and supervision of designated branches or departments while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient operation, profitability, and supervision of specific branch(es) or department(s), ensuring customer satisfaction remains a priority.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving a variety of escalated issues.
- Supervise daily activities of employees engaged in operational tasks.
- Align branch objectives with business unit goals by monitoring metrics and providing strategic recommendations to leadership based on performance insights.
- Manage a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, ensuring accountability for performance within your area of expertise.
- Assess departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges effectively.
- Make informed decisions and solve problems in accordance with established policies and procedures, with guidance from senior leaders.
- Leverage an understanding of business integration to achieve departmental objectives collaboratively.
- Evaluate the team’s capability to meet service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, understanding their broader impact within the department.
- Manage one or more related teams and adapt departmental plans to meet short-term operational or service goals.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience.
