Job Title: Fitness Trainer

Company: Planet Fitness

Location: Delaware, OH

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a Fitness Trainer in Delaware, OH, is relatively low compared to industry standards, especially considering the average pay for fitness trainers across the U.S. typically ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and location. While the cost of living in Delaware may influence local wages, this rate may not attract highly qualified professionals or encourage trainers to maintain their expertise. Thus, it appears less competitive within the broader market and may need to be adjusted to align better with industry norms and attract skilled trainers.
