Job Description
Job Title: Fitness Trainer- Full Time
Company: Planet Fitness
Location: Zanesville, OH
Pay: $14 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 – $16 for a full-time Fitness Trainer in Zanesville, OH, falls below the national average for this role, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. While Zanesville is a smaller city where salaries may generally be lower, this pay still appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum, especially considering factors like the cost of living and the demand for fitness services. Competitive wages can help attract qualified trainers, so this rate may hinder recruitment and retention unless supplemented by other benefits. Overall, the compensation does not align well with broader industry standards.
