Job description:

The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) plays a vital role in enhancing the member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, potential members, and guests. This position is also responsible for closing the business day and ensuring the accuracy of the bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, which include:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system efficiently.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Executing necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the overall neatness and cleanliness of the club.
    • Closing the shift for the business day.
    • Preparing the bank deposit for the following day.

Qualifications/Requirements:
