Job description:

As a cosmetic merchandiser, you will engage in project-based assignments designed to enhance the visual appeal of cosmetic products, graphics, and displays, thereby attracting and engaging shoppers. You will foster strong relationships with store managers, ensuring the optimal availability of cosmetic products at competitive prices. While our corporate headquarters is located in Tampa, FL, we are actively seeking candidates nationwide.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandise cosmetic products effectively.
• Manage heavy parts ordering.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with co-workers and store managers.
• Execute projects accurately and punctually.
• Provide thorough and timely daily reports.
• Exhibit good attendance.
• Complete retailer-specific online certifications.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation is a must.
• A minimum of 2 years of retail experience is preferred.
• Experience in merchandising and/or fixture installation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cosmetics or grocery products is a plus.
• A demonstrated eagerness to learn and follow directions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with plan-o-grams is beneficial.
• Ability to cross-reference multiple documents.
• Capability to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking.
