Indian Trails is currently recruiting a full-time Bus Operator – Driver in Kalamazoo, Owosso, and Romulus, MI. The starting pay during training is $18/hour, increasing to $23/hour upon completion, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

THE SCHEDULE:
Your work schedule will vary depending on assigned routes and charter trips. On some days, you will operate regular bus routes, while other days will involve transporting groups on charter excursions. The training period lasts 4 to 6 weeks, during which you will be compensated while you obtain your CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements if you do not already possess them.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Bus Operator – Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers to their destinations safely and comfortably. This role involves adhering to schedules, providing exceptional customer service, greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Your responsibilities may include both regular bus routes and charter trips across the state or beyond. In the case of multi-day trips, accommodations and meal expenses will be covered.
