Responsibilities:

  • Process drink orders while ensuring all patrons are of legal drinking age.

  • Manage the ordering, maintenance, and restocking of bar supplies, as well as complete both opening and closing side work checklists.

  • Ensure that all bar surfaces are impeccably cleaned before and after shifts, and during service hours—zero exceptions.
  • Process guest payments with precision, including split checks, gift cards, and Happy Hour pricing.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and uphold the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with guests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two to three years of relevant experience and will be able to provide references upon request.
  • TIPS Certification is required.
