About the Role:
As a Room Attendant at My Place Hotel, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property. Your contributions will have a direct impact on guest satisfaction and help uphold our exemplary standards of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Room Cleaning: Meticulously clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas, which includes changing bed linens, inspecting mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads for cleanliness and damage, and sorting laundry as instructed.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Remove used towels from guest rooms and bathrooms, replacing them with fresh linens. Scrub the bathroom vanity, toilet, bathtub, mirror, and floor to ensure a pristine and hygienic environment.
• Room Refreshment: Open windows in guest rooms to allow fresh air in, contributing to a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
• Carpet Care: Vacuum carpets in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, while checking for and removing any debris found under or behind furniture.
• Maintenance Coordination: Promptly report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the maintenance team.
• Deep Cleaning: Execute deep cleaning tasks for guest rooms and public areas as assigned, adhering to high-quality cleaning standards.
• Key Security: Safeguard the master key and any room keys collected during shifts, ensuring proper handling and security.
• Cart and Storage Organization: Restock and organize the room attendant’s cart and storage areas at the end of each shift, ensuring all supplies are readily accessible for the next shift.
• Trash and Vacuum Maintenance: Empty vacuum cleaners daily and dispose of trash in the outside dumpster.
• Safety and Security: Immediately report any potential safety or security hazards to management, contributing to a safe environment for guests and staff.
