Our Caregivers offer a comprehensive range of services, from basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more specialized personal care, which includes assistance with incontinence, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Flexibility is key, as our Caregivers may work various shifts ranging from one to twenty-four hours, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.

We offer an attractive rate of $18 per hour, along with monthly schedules, allowing you to select the hours you wish to work. Our professional development programs include quarterly training sessions and personalized training, ensuring that you feel equipped and confident in your role.

Additional Requirements Include:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with seniors in a home setting
  • An excellent attendance record
  • Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills
  • Two professional references
  • Ability to set up Direct Deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Certification as a CNA, HHA, or in BLS/CPR is a plus
  • Valid car insurance
